Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We value your time—and ours! To ensure the best service for all our clients, Mistah Clean has the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are canceled or changed during this 5-hour window. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible to avoid any fees.
